Pizza pie

Yeast, sugar and warm milk are added to a suitable bowl. Stir until the yeast dissolves. Then egg white, salt and clarified butter are added. Flour is added in small amounts and kneaded until it becomes a soft dough. The dough is let to sit for 1 hour. The dough is lightly kneaded and divided into 12 parts and rolled. Baking paper is spread on a tray and the prepared parts are placed, covered with a clean cloth for 15-20 minutes and let to sit. We make a hole in the middle of the prepared balls with our fingers and fill them with sausage, cheese, tomatoes, peppers and olives. Egg yolk is smeared on the edge of the dough, baked in a preheated oven at 185 degrees until it turns to golden brown (about 20 minutes). Bon Appetit!
