“BUY A LAY'S, WIN A PRIZE” competetion

Dear customers, the "BUY A LAY'S, WIN A PRIZE" competition is held between April 15 – May 15. People over 18 years of age can participate in the competition, confirming their participation by registering through the "OBA Market" mobile application. In order to gain the right to participate, when purchasing "Lay's" products of 1.9 AZN and above, customers must present the "OBA Market" mobile application to the cashier. 7 people who make the most purchases each week will be selected as winners. The winner selection dates are: Winners of Week 1 (April 15 – 21) May 8, Winners of Week 2 (April 22 – 28) May 16, Winners of Week 3 (April 29 – May 5) May 22 and the winner of the 4th competition week (April 15 - May 15) will be announced on June 3, and the selected winners will receive valuable prize. In addition, one lucky customer who purchases the most "Lay's" products till May 15 will receive 2 tickets to the UEFA Super Cup final, which is our main prize. In order to participate in the competition, customers must sign up the "OBA Market" mobile app and confirm their participation. “LAY'S AL, HƏDİYYƏ QAZAN” müsabiqəsi

Dəyərli müştərilərimiz, “LAY'S AL, HƏDİYYƏ QAZAN” adlı müsabiqə 15 aprel – 15 may tarixləri arasında keçirilir. Müsabiqədə “OBA Market” mobil tətbiqindən qeydiyyatdan keçərək müsabiqədə iştirakını təsdiq edən 18 yaşından yuxarı şəxslər iştirak edə bilər. İştirak hüququ qazanmaq üçün müştərilər 1,9 AZN və üzəri "Lay's" məhsulları alışında tətbiqi skan üçün kassirə təqdim etməlidir.

Conditions

Anyone over 18 years can participate in the lottery.

The contest is conducted through the "OBA Market" application. To participate in the competition, you need to download the application from Google Play, Apple App Store or App Gallery and register.

Personal information must be fully filled in the mobile application: Name, Surname, Father’s name, Gender, Date of Birth. Participation in the contest must be confirmed by clicking on the contest banner on the home page.

After filling in the personal information, the person must click the “I agree to the terms and conditions” button. After clicking the button, the participant will get a personal competiton number which will be displayed on the home page of the mobile app.

After completing the process, "OBA Market" mobile application must be scanned for every purchase of “Lay’s” potato chips for over 1,9 AZN for the duration of the competition.

Every completed 1,9 AZN purchase of “Lay’s” products gives 190 rating scores in the competition. The rating score is calculated by multiplying the total purchase value of “Lay’s” products to 100. (1,9 AZN x100= 190 rating score)

The maximum allowed purchase value of “Lay’s” products on one check (receipt) is 7 AZN. Example: The purchase of 8.79 AZN “Lay’s” products gives a customer the maximum of 700 rating scores (7 AZN x100= 700).

If the personal information and agreement terms are not filled in before the weekly winner selection, the rating scores will not participate in the current week’s winner selection.

7 people with the most purchase value will be selected as winners.

The winner selection dates are: Winners of Week 1 (April 15 – 21) May 8, Winners of Week 2 (April 22 – 28) May 16, Winners of Week 3 (April 29 – May 5) May 22 and the winner of the 4th competition week (April 15 - May 15) will be announced on June 3.

If the products that give the participation chance in the competition are returned, then according to the value of the returned products rating scores will be lost.

The “Lay’s” products on the check (receipt) will not be given any cashback temporarily, until the end of the competition.

Except for the ticket winner selections that will be held on June 3, a personal competition number can only win once during weekly winner selections.

The winners will be announced on “OBA Market” Social Media accounts (Facebook and Instagram).

Prizes to be won in the contest: UEFA Super Cup game ticket (the person who buys the most will win), Scooter, TV, Air conditioner, Refrigerator, Washing machine, Vacuum cleaner, Meat grinder.

The UEFA Super Cup ticket will be issued only in the name of the winner and in the name of 1 person of winner’s choice.

If the winner cannot go to the final due to valid reasons (must be confirmed with an official document), the ticket can be transferred to the first degree family members (mother, father, sister, brother) by power of attorney.

If the above-mentioned conditions are waived, i.e. if the winner does not want to go to the UEFA Super Cup, the gift will then be given to the 2nd person who purchases the most Lay's products by scanning the mobile application between April 15 and May 15.
