Method of preparation: Two aubergines are peeled, cut lengthwise, and soaked in salted water. 150 grams of walnuts are grinded in blender; one bunch of dill and coriander are taken in a suitable container. Then it is mixed with salt and pepper and two tablespoons of mayonnaise to taste. Aubergines are fried in vegetable oil and together with pre-made stuffing they are rolled in the form of a roulette. Aubergine rolls are ready, enjoy!
